Air Canada hopes to score a touchdown with new rouge airline

Air Canada's Ben Smith (L), chief commercial officer and Michael Friisdahl, president and CEO of Leisure Group, announce its new discount carrier 'rouge' at a news conference in Toronto on Tuesday.

Air Canada’s new carrier offers deals to Europe and the Caribbean, while Porter launches its new package company, Porter Escapes. Plus new laws for airline ads in Canada.
